Maybe I misunderstood. Isn't the point of this sift right here that blankfist is saying that HE doesn't like the name dropping? I'm not saying I never did it. Of course he did come right over there to give me shit for it when I did. Honestly I don't give a damn either way. I'm not calling to arms .. I do think the retaliatory downvote is petty .. and predictable though.

I'm glad this was discarded as a result of being voted down. This is the sort of stuff that's turning off some of our best Sifters and I'm glad I have nothing to do with it.

Don't get me wrong, I know that it comes from essentially a good place, the fraternal esprit d'corps. It's nice to stroke other's egos, and I'm as guilty as you are. This site should be have hugs and back-pats and roasts and perhaps even the disgustingly named "Circle J's", but not at the expense of content.

You're a real Pip, Blankety-Blank, and we appreciate it. But if you're looking for me, I'll be cruising the PQ's, watching stuff that should have Sifted.

Before Ias a member at the sift, I used to watch videos here, and I always found the name dropped videos amusing, this one in fact was hilarious!
