That is roughly the amount of money he would have earned had he fulfilled his initial contract. He's not sad to have lost money (he didn't), he's sad to have had his lifetime dream taken away from him.

No I get it. I'm not saying he'll be happy about it. I'm saying Conan getting paid his full contract amount sure helps matters.

Yes, because Jay Leno is definately funnier and more popular. Letterman too. Both really sharp with quick wit and funny jokes....10 years ago.


I'm not saying they are great but Conan was alot better when he was on later. He calmed down for the tonight show and it took away from his style.
