5:31 is easily the most hilarious

Not upvoting because of the "background" music put in starting at 3:30 or so. So f-ing loud and obtrusive that it ruins the rest of the vid. When are they gonna learn? I'm seriously sick of it.

More proof that, while two wrongs don't make a right, a pile of fail can certainly be win.

I'll concede that the musical accompaniment is a fail we could have done without.

Quite a few older clips in there but still good. Loved the dove fail just after the minute mark.

This needs to be converted into a public service announcement for idiot teenagers. Although, it could have the opposite effect if they compete to earn a spot in next year's PSA.

1/4 are events were I actually felt sorry for the poor bastard(s). Some of those accidents was not due to stupidity.

1/2 are events done by stupid, or at the very least, no-common sense individuals. Its just nice to know, I'm smarter then the average bear.

1/4 Stuff I had to watch a second or third time. Like the lady who is flung from the swing, but something catchs on her hair and yanks her back at the last possible moment.

You expect me to watch something that involves serious harm to people without a warning and then not get a little bit irate about it? Let me ask you something. Did you honestly expect a 7 minute long compilation of fails to not have any clips where somebody gets hurt? The vast majority of fails involve somebody getting hurt in some way, shape or form. So I ask you, what did you expect from a video that compiles some of 2009's most well known fails and more?

I'm sorry, but I refuse to believe this video even needs a warning. It's common sense that a compilation of fails will involve pain. It's a complete given. Find me somebody who assumes differently.

Certainly, the guy who upvoted my comment is 1. Me is 2. My little sister wasn't too happy with it, and that's pretty much why i wasn't happy with it. Fail never associates itself with pain to me. That's "EIA", i always expect pain/death in EIA.

The bit with the woman falling and hitting her head in the race at 4:20 is almost physically painful to watch. Many of the other people in this video were being stupid, or cruel, or showing off (or all three at once), but damn, she was just running a race. Ok, maybe they should have picked a softer surface to run on, but my goodness, when she whacks her head on the ground I can almost feel that horrible massive pain, and smell the blood in my nostrils. I know I sound a bit stupid here but I genuinely hope she's OK now.
