Tom Cruise on Scientology

These seem to getting pulled off Youtube. Gawker is hosting it, but I don't think I have the star points to embed from there. Here's that page, in case this one goes down.

I posted this a few days ago, I'd call dupe, but mine is dead now... good luck keeping this one alive. I think Xenu has implanted chips in his followers that make them wet themselves or something whenever someone uploads a clip of this.

I guess it is not fixable.

Use this
<object type="application/x-shockwave-flash" width="320" height="263" id="FlowPlayer" data="http://www.archive.org/flv/FlowPlayerWhite.swf">
<param name="movie" value="http://www.archive.org/flv/FlowPlayerWhite.swf"/>
<param name="scale" value="noScale"/>
<param name="wmode" value="transparent"/>
<param name="allowScriptAccess" value="sameDomain"/>
<param name="quality" value="high"/>
<param name="flashvars" value="config={
loop: false,
autoPlay:false,
initialScale: 'fit',
videoFile: 'http://cache.gawker.com/assets/video/Cruise_Scientology_video.flv',
}"/>
</object>

joedirt, only diamonds can submit videos from non supported flash sources can't they?

Here another version, lets try to keep it alive. The craziness of Scientology must be revealed.

Here is some background analysis on the clip which explains a few of the acronyms used.

Thank you all for the help keeping this sift alive! I had the code to embed it from Gawker, but couldn't use it myself due to my lowly bronze-star status, so I turned it over to Raven. I'd given up on this sift and had no idea it had been brought back to life! You all rule:) comment upvotes for everyone!

"Gawker is hosting a controversial Tom Cruise Scientology video that other sites were forced to remove after legal threats from the Church of Scientology. In the Cruise video, high-energy music plays while Cruise gives forth a stream of claims about the powers and responsibilities of people who've been turned into mystical beings by the cult's teachings.

The Church has sent a legal threat to Gawker as well, alleging that hosting the video infringes copyright (amid a host of nonsensical allegations about "receiving stolen property"), but Gawker's refused to take the video down. Instead, they've taken the ballsy stance that this video is posted for the purposes of news reporting and analysis, making it fair use."
