It seems to me that so far, StarCraft2 is simply Starcraft with better graphics. It had bring some serious changes to the table, or I'll be very, very disappointed.
All i see for every race is huge changes. the basic gameplay of the game is the same but the units are a HUGE change. Can you imagine starcraft with units that can fly and walk/attack on the ground? And I can already see a highlight video with a million zerglings being lured in and trapped by rising supply depots. I also think the game is moving to a more macro style gameplay.
