This is great. Corporate training videos are a little fetish for me. Must make a playlist now.

"Used" to be? Heh.

I remember when they had a grill with someone actually cooking food instead of having an apartment building style contraption to microwave dozens of pre-packaged meals at a time.

Well I guess it's come full circle. Today, instead of a diverse and attractive bunch of actors being sour, now it's all pimply, mumbling, piss-faced sour adolescents watched over by a tall fat slimy guy with glasses, a haircut from 1972, and a moustache.

"Make it happy and gay" = using the old meaning of gay, isn't the use that word redundant anyway? Is it just a lame attempt to rhyme words together? This could've been the best trailer for Clreks 2 ever.

Aside from the fact that you have a large product selection and Western brands, this brings back nostalgic feelings of the old Soviet days. "We have no orange juice, only KoKA,KOLa.

This video is awesome. I'm making a documentary about customer service right now and am wondering where I can get a good quality copy of it -- and who owns the right to it. I'll pay $$ for the copy and get in touch with whoever owns it myself -- if anyone can help me out I'd appreciate it... pls. email me at arikalisanne@yahoo.com.

I doubt you'll have much luck in that search.
