Ads before, during and after. Pretty much blocks out the content. I can no longer vote for videos from these guys.

It's often difficult for good websites to break even, even if they have great content and a large user base.

Um, I don't see one before. There's only an ad that pops up from the bottom of the screen, which you can close, so it doesn't bother me. I just turn off before the ad at the end. Is clicking a little X really so hard for you to manage?
