From YouTube poster:

A film by Jeffrey M. Smith.
Dairy products from cows treated with Monsanto's genetically engineered bovine growth hormone (rBGH or rBST) may sharply increase cancer risk and other diseases, especially in children. Already banned in most industrialized nations, it was approved in the US on the backs of fired whistleblowers, manipulated research, and a corporate takeover
at the FDA. This must-see film includes footage prepared for a Fox TV station—canceled after a letter from Monsanto's attorney threatened "dire consequences."

Monsanto is also working on plans to sue to make rBGH labeling illegal.

My buddy's in Wisconsin are soy and dairy farmers. They tryed it and said the cows had to eat more and were more prone to infection. Not only that they had to eat more than what they produced to the net gain wasn't enough to of set the extra food. Its almost not used in the us and its illegal in Canada. Monsanto is just pissed it doesn't really work that well and is trying to extract the last of the profits. All milk from Wisconsin and more other northern states is rgbh free because of the extra immune risk from the cold and other environmental stuff.

Just got an email back from one of them and he said that only California and a few southern states actual still use it. Not only that but he is in on a study for the university of Wisconsin. The study trained the cows to come in when they want to be milked not on a set schedule. They replaced half of the milkers with electronic ones that are warmer and measure everything. Not only do they come in when they want the over all production is up by at least 15%. The only thing they used was some basic antibiotics and alcohol wipes on the machinery. He is buying all the equipment when they are done he is so impressed.

Interestingly enough, a former attorney for Mansanto is now a deputy director for the FDA. Here is a letter attempting to invalidate the article put out in SCIENCE by Monsanto.

I live in California. I've seen milk products labeled as being free of growth hormones for years. The brands that I buy are known for good quality, it didn't even occur to me to find more information about rBST and such because as far as I know, I've hardly consumed any. Maybe we just ship it all out of state. Or, sadly, maybe it goes to communities that are less likely to be informed.
