The whole thing should be reversed left-to-right.

Would go with the whole scrolling left-to-right that Mario is played (instead of in this video where they are heading right-to-left).

I got it at the end where Yoshi is running, but would make sense if he's running to the left of the screen instead right, which is the direction I believe Yoshi runs when you fall off...

Yoshi just keeps going the direction you were going when you get hit, iirc.
