This is the definition of terrible. A terrible "video greeting card" that you give to someone terrible when they've accomplished something not terrible. It's filled with a bunch of terrible dialog and terrible dancing. I guess it's aimed at people who don't have the time to say "Congrats" in person or over the phone but do have the time to purchase a terrible video and mail it off.

Near the end it reminds me of the Minority Report scene where people come in and pay to have their ultimate fantasy experienced in virtual reality. There's one guy whose simulation is a party and everyone is telling him "You're the man!".
