Clearly we live in a world where people have TOO MUCH free time and too much surplus money.

See, it's easy to jump on this and go 'My god, what a complete and utter moron, she was far more beautiful than most to begin with, why did she even start doing things' etc.
BUT
Then you look at the painfully superficial world of entertainment and the ridiculous pressures they put on people to look a certain way, and the obsession they have over tiny things. And this is even more pronounced in Asian entertainment. (Skin whitening creams?)
And you can see how it's the industry she's in and the pressures of that combined with what must be a painfully low self esteem that can push someone to do things like this.
It's just horrible, a life destroyed in pursuit of something that she already had... physical beauty.
I don't like sad stories... Gonna watch me some cat videos now.
