Because having a tattoo that says 2-14 or 3-13 just doesn't have the same ring to it. Goes to show you that if you do something stupid you are bound to get on the news as long as your timing is right. (From Digg)

With all the terrible tattoo's out there the tech for removing them will get cheaper and more advanced. At least that's my guess. For him it would just be the letters and numbers that need be removed.
