Agree with Ant, if those things are still functional it seems wasteful -- I'm sure they can be donated to Unicef for distribution in the Third World or somesuch. Or, hell, to Goodwill.

i don't imagine it would be hard to find a bunch of old busted laptops. I work as a network technician, and just my office has at least three old broken laptops in it right now.
