The title instantly reminded me of Kevin Mackle, who darwinned himself by rocking a Coke machine trying to get a freebie until the machine fell over and crushed him. His parents tried to sue for a cool mil but I don't think they won.

Maybe because they figured that if you're smart enough to be in college, you're smart enough to know that you shouldn't try to shake a 1000-lb vending machine.

If I ever meet these idiots, I'm going to make sure they read the warning on my boot that reads "Warning, boot may come violently into contact with your genitals due to actions deemed stupid by the wearer" so they can't sue me."
