This is what DropClock has to say for itself: Dropclock is an aesthetically intriguing motion clock screensaver. Every minute of real time is numerically expressed with heavy helvetica dropping into water in super slow-motion. Except they said it in caps, but I think it was translated from Japanese, so no foul.
