This video is likely never to be found again, as Mr. Morrison tend's to defend his copyrights with great vigor. I'll describe it to you:

The video is in black and white, with a young, long haired and possibly intoxicated van swaying at the mirophone, telling a screaming fan that he'd play the song if he'd 'shut the F&#k up. It was a great, emotional and somewhat downtempo live performance and since it was low light and black and white film digitized for YouTube, so it had both the feel of real emulsion and a soft pixelation, as you can probably sense from the thumbnail.

consolation is, apparently no one sifted the original album version, so that's what i replaced it with, for now. and a lot of us got to see the version you sifted, and we wouldn't have otherwise.
