Happens to me all the time, but I have a dog.

Jeez! Thankfully I've not had this sort of thing happen before. Was it that hard to open a fence gate?

Also, never order anything that ships by UPS from the states to Canada. The fee they can charge for customs borders on extortion - sometimes even more than the item itself is worth. As opposed to the post, which has a flat rate of 12.00 per package. Haven't tried FedEx.

Fed ex has free customs brokerage into Canada, but they bury the difference in their high shipping. Post seems the most cost-effective these days. UPS into Canada is brutal.
