This is my favorite cutscene from the best-selling hack-and-slash computer game Diablo 2. Diablo 2 is a fantasy RPG following the quest of a hero to stop a mysterious figure known as the Dark Wanderer from releasing the demon lords called the Prime Evils: Diablo, Mephisto, Baal. Diablo 2, although sometimes criticized for being a mindless click-and-kill-fest, had a great story plot and decent voice acting, and it showed in cutscenes like this one.

In this scene, the Dark Wanderer and his unwitting traveling companion Marius arrive at the tomb of Tal Rasha, where Baal, the Lord of Destruction, is imprisoned. Just as the Dark Wanderer is about to set Baal free, however, the Archangel Tyrael steps in to kick some ass, and the action begins.
