the only real reason i see not too, is that i'd like it too much and i'd never go outside.
Though I have to say I don't agree totally with this video, I think weed can be habit forming.

Yeah, it can. I think it's kind of a phase thing, though. Was a time when I had to get stoned about twice every day. Now, when I get some, I can make a little bit last weeks.
All that said, there's no good reason why weed should be illegal.
Any action can be habit forming. A more accurate statement might be, "Marijuana is functionally chemically non-addictive." The amounts of marijuana required to be consumed in order to become chemically addictive are physically prohibitive and wouldn't even be conducive of getting pleasantly high anyways.
