According to one YouTube commenter, the message at the end reads "don't let this be the end". I can't read kanji, so I can't verify that, but it sounds plausible.
It's not kanji.
Kanji is what a Japanese person calls imported Chinese logograms. Chinese people would not call a Chinese character kanji and neither should you... simply because that word is Japanese.
Furthermore, even if one could "read kanji", the characters in the video above would be meaningless, as the logographic symbolism often morphed.
