Haha! I read your advice and watched it three more times... paying attention to the "weather" graphics each time. Then it dawned on me...
Stick with it, it's worth it when you finally see it!
What I think happened is the guys in the control room displayed a headline graphic for a previous or future topic of discussion at the wrong time...

That's why so many people don't get it.
In their minds, they see the message, look at him, and conclude "Well, he DOES look like one, what's the big deal."
The problem is, so many of you are assuming his innocence!

I always had suspicions about California. Now I _know_ it's a child molesting state.
But they always look 18. Seriously though, California is not full of child molesters. It's full of assholes, scientologists, lawyers, drug addicts, fake tits, morons, hippies, child molesters, and murderers...but in no way is California full of fat people.
