Name of the game is Fighter Maker, for the Playstation. One of its features is the ability to create your own characters and moves.

Pretty sure this has been here before. Fighter Maker is the game, I believe.

last move was a "game" little jap schoolkids play called poko/pogo or something: Rules are simple, bide your time and when time is ripe, place your two index fingers together and shove them in your victims sphincter.

Although, is this a bug from an emulator? A few other vids of the same game on YT show a much more refined (compared to that) gameplay.

I dunno, my favorite move was the flying face plant. When I saw him take off, I thought for a brief instant...o here comes something cool. I was right, but not in the way I expected.

I love videos like this because it really makes you appreciate game design. A lot of work went into creating whatever this game is and it came out completely unplayable.
