This guy is like a combination of two guys that I worked with in IT. One of them had the attitude, the other had the ability to do all the remote manipulation. He was once able to convince somebody we were back from lunch by rebooting malfunctioning servers through his Blackberry.
This... This reminds me of my days in tech support. Though I was only a temp so I didn't get to do all that remote manipulation, but the... let's say "customers" brought up horrible memories. That reminds me, I still have generic admin passes on every computer over there and my own admin account is still probably valid...
