According to this article, the USAF is trying to get this video taken off of YouTube. There is some debate as to the legality of this, as anything produced by the US government typically is not (and cannot be) copyrighted.

Why would they want this ad pulled off YouTube? It's free advertising, isn't it? It's not a bad commercial either. Not great, but not bad. What do they have to lose?
