Cooooool! Happy to help you buy or sell when you come to Texas! Word to the wise home buyer....stay away from Adjustable Rate Mortgages...and get ready for the shitstorm of foreclosures soon to come......

It's a scam. Homeowners benefit from higher prices, home sellers benefit, banks benefit, everyone benefits except the buyers. Our home prices here skyrocketed in the last few years, our house we bought for 80k is now worth 180k in 6 years time. The wages around here didn't go up, cost of living skyrocketed, crime rate is way up, congestion is up.. but magically the market value of the houses outdid everything else - even though it's a much crappier place to live than it was 10 years ago.

Market value is a scam.

This is a neat idea, but needs a lot more work.

At least display the prices with the date at each peak and trough. But also how about keeping the date displayed longer than a tenth of a second.

Otherwise we're just watching a video of some Sim Roller-Coaster game.

E for effort.
