First of all, I'm not a fan of video players (sites) that pre-play the ads before the video.

Secondly, fix yer embed code. you got's it like

Try.. width="425" height="350" instead of 100%.

I've fixed the code now, thanks joedirt. I tried to find this clip on another site but was unsuccessful. I know this is an entire episode and therefore against the posting guidlines (I really only wanted the opening 9 minutes), but I thought this really deserved to be on the sift. So I apologize in advance for the 3 second ad in front of the video.
