So... one billboard can generate $300,000 a month? And there's like five of them that I can see on 1 Times Square. 1.5 million a month, or 18 million every year.

I just went a bit further in the investigation... the property taxes are about 2.3 million dollars every quarter, and the current market value of the property is 53.1 million dollars.

That was really fascinating... an empty building because the ad revenue is so high, amazing.

The presenter doesn't do too well with the man on the street "That's amazing isn't it?" "Er, yeah, I guess" "Come on, that's really amazing.... come oooon"

Well, not quite, but that's what it felt like, the people really weren't that amazed by how he explained things.

That's some serious money for those spots though, serious money.
