This is another hit from the intarweb's wayback machine. Can anyone find the original, longer and uncut version? The cop's patience is exemplary, and you're right, joedirt, the cop in this video would have been perfectly justified in taking this maniac down for assaulting him.

Man, that was funny. But, he didn't sound like Hank Hill at all, he sounded like a redneck.

I like the cops remark "if you don't pick that up, i'm going to summon you for littering." I loved that.

There's a huge difference between this and the Tasered Drama Queen: This guy does what the cop says (albeit loudly) and he was speeding in a 55 zone. The Drama Queen was not only uncooperative, but was speeding in a residential area, wasn't wearing a seat belt, had a broken windshield, broken tail light and most importantly, was driving with a suspended license. There was no way the cop could let that person drive away.

With all that said, that tasering seemed more like a way to save time than anything else, which is disconcerting, but it wouldn't surprise me if Drama Queen had a criminal record and the cops were aware of it.
