she may only have 4 fingers but when playing peano u can still use both sides of your hand , infact when you play a peano key with your tiny finger alot of its movment comes from tilting you hand.

so ! in realty she is only missing out on 2 fingers this is still a huge handi cap as she wont have the reach for chords and she will have to move her hand faster than a pedophile in a playground.
