If the kid phoned the police saying im comiting suicide and he infact was not then thats dirent but in this case it seems sum one else called the police on him , so I don't see how its his fault that the police got involved.

its like for example if i made a fake snuff video and distrabuted it online , the police r welcome to investigate it if they think its real but if its not real then they cannot do annything about it and its there falt for thinking it was real.

this should only be a crime if say sumone officail phoned the house of the kid or contacted him and he then said yah im commiting suicde with intentpoin to waist time or if he called the police himself.

In fact I bet if this goes to trile the whole thing will be about intention and the kid will just get left off , the fucking dip shit police are actually waiting more time and money by holding onto this kid.

Yea I think they should see if the kid needs help before they throw him into jail. How fucked up is our society when our first course of action is to punish somebody who may be calling out for help.
