OK, if you say so... she pretty clearly says "plucky", at least to my ears. I've listened to it 5 times.

Maybe there's a bit of an "F" sound in the beginning, but that really just sounds like hiss on the mic, to me.

Sounds like 'flucky' to me too. Most likely she started to say 'fortunate' and then switched to lucky part way through. If you pay attention we make those mistakes in conversation pretty frequently.
