I guess a jerk would say it's actually just "pause" that train, but it stayed stopped long enough.

Very fun video.
Sure, a fun thing to try in game, and see if you can stop the train, but to actually think this video, at one and a half minutes of showing one, simple thing is good? Come on, how was that actually entertaining after you worked out what they were doing? Did you actually sit and watch them healing him for the whole video? Were you disappointing that NOTHING happened after that other than him getting squished?
So the end result was? Nothing at all useful in any sense.
Weee.
btw, that wasn't Bob Marley, it was Peter Tosh POSSIBLY playing with the Wailers.
Peter Tosh was in the Wailers which was the original name of the band (cf. Bob Marley & the Wailers). Tosh was the man behind the man: he actually taught Bob how to play the guitar. Some argue that he was the strongest creative force in the collaboration (there are four men with songwriting credits from the band), and that Marley was simply the better vocalist and more savvy of the zeitgeist. See Tosh's wiki if you care. I can't vouch for its accuracy, though.
