i've watched a lot of this guy's vids, and his tutorial one. i've noticed the way he positions his index finger over his thumb - if you try it it does actually allow for this sound to be made. but he's so good at it that it seems unbelievable... he's a Gynecologist i think, good with his hands and smart. then again maybe this is just one very clever prank... hmm, wouldnt a Gynecologist be able to afford a better sofa and speaker system than that?..

Manualism is definitely real. Used to see it on Heehaw when I was a kid. Saw a guy do it on Lawrence Welk a couple of times too.

ant, you're right about the actual length, but there was a study - when something goes over 3 minutes in time, (4 minutes plus) people lose all sensation of how long it's really taking - so 3.5 is in the midpoint of that. Not a coincidence lots of pop songs are only 3 minutes long. Of course, he just did the length of Take On Me, but I was getting antsy towards the end (no pun intended). Or maybe I'm just in a rush to get to sleep early tonight?
