and also, im almost crying at aeris death music right now, let alone during the game.
One of the best fighting games I played for the sole fact that you can be cloud, sephiroth, and I think tifa.
Good luck finding it though, it was a PSX title and is now nearly impossible to find.

From the comments left down, I though I should answer a few... Handsome Tom did leave screw attack from what I can tell, and as I said before, the moments do seem to be out of order, or at least the #1... I'm sorry I forgot to say spoilers, thats a my bad... and I admit that the idea of Silent hill 2 could have been on the list, but one of Bioshock's moments could have been on the list...

I believe these were the three WTF moments, from Bioshock
1) You find out that you were being controlled the whole time... Would you kindly...
2) Andrew Ryan isn't the mastermind behind all of this...
3) Big Daddy... Pick any scene and it still counts...
But don't take my word for it... Would You Kindly go buy bioshock and try it yourself?
Anyway, number one should've been the recent Limbo of the Lost controversy. But then, I guess that wasn't a moment as much as an entire game full of back to back moments.

Playing the game without any idea of what could happen or what I might see or find brought it to a level that's probably unattainable now. I didn't know what weapons to expect. I didn't know what monsters to expect. I didn't know what the engine was capable of technically, so I had no idea of what sort of traps and secrets and such to expect.
The first time I came face to face with a pinky demon I began yelling, "Holy shit! Holy shit!" out loud. Finding a hidden chainsaw was also quite shocking. I don't think this sort of thing will ever happen again. We know everything about a game long before we ever get to play it now. We know the development decisions, the cut features, the specs and features of the engine.
So yeah, Doom is my #1 OMGWTF videogame, though largely because of the environment it was released in rather than its own doing.
As for the video, I did love the Darth Revan twist and I remember a good deal of gasping the first time we saw Scorpion torch somebody. The COD4 nuke would definitely be on my list if I had played it myself, but I pretty much quit FPS after Quake 3. My friend showed it to me, but I had already heard what happens so it took the awe right out of it.
SON OPENING "THE ORANGE BOX" ON CHRISTMAS MORNING... to find out that a Wal-Mart inside job with a razor knife had carefully slit the package open and stolen the disc out, preserving all anti-theft labeling visually.
Its always an honor to get a video on the top 15...

Say what you will, unless your Zifnab or a higher ranked member, getting on top 15 is rare...
Still, pretty good list. I was going to sift this, but was foiled by siftbot. I wonder if there's some reasoning behind preventing newer members from posting videos from Game Trailers.
Oh yeah, the Quake 4 part where you get "improved" was also pretty WTF.
Im sure there are more, I just dont remember any right now.
