Obama is so stupid. Well okay he is politiking.
Guantanamo prisoners being a danger? Is he channeling Bush? What are they super human? I don't think most of them have the mental facilities anymore to function as normal human beings anymore let alone terrorists.
Furthermore years of confinement would mean they have lost any potential operational knowledge. The FBI itself states that after 3 to 6 months most organized cadres do not have actionable intelligence to provide, but then the CIA tortured them and they had to start making up stories.

Much as I think what was done to them was wrong, and even if they were innocent before, I'd rather not have them released onto the streets of my city after what we've done to them.
If they weren't intent on harming America before, I'd be shocked if they won't all be now.
