This was a promotional stunt to draw attention to the MC Hammer TV show coming up, and is bloody well done.
This kind of thing needs to happen more often!

I've been wondering if this flash mob thing is going to turn into some sort of new tribalism, or if it will just be a passing fad.

I think I would like the world more if this sort of random joyfulness becomes a fixture of society.
