This GPS enabled device is lauched from a small grill-mounted barrel with compressed air. Officers can then track from a safe distance. Really only works from a stand-still, and then only just it seems.

Ghost in the shell for the win!

Any one with "On Star" GPS built into their car is trackable as well. This way Big Brother can always be watching...

Whether they are of not is questionable, but the have the means if they want it - and it is built into most of the new cars.
