A great video! Please leave it on for others to enjoy. We are devoted fans.

We have been Winnipeg Folk Fest attendees for nearly 20 years. Unfortunately, we didn't start attending until we were in our 40s (encouraged by our kids!), and were not there when Stan was. It is one of our great regrets that we didn't see him perform! As was said in the video "Once they heard it, it just gets under your skin." Absolutely!!

We are Prairie folk, and while we enjoy all of his songs, "Field Behind the Plow" strikes us deeply, as we both come from honest, hard working, Canadian Prairie stock!

Great stuff!

I'm another long-time fan. Didn't know this film had been made until I found a link in Stan's Wikipedia bio. Please keep it up on this site - so I can post it to friends who've never seen Stan perform. Does anyone know where a DVD or VHS copy could be had?
