I have to out myself. I am the healthy penis. No, really. I'm wearing the costume in all of the outdoor shots here. I was working for the health department at the time, and coodinating the campaign. I watch little TV, at the time had no idea who Mo Rocco was. He looked slightly offended when I asked him his name. My bad.
