So, what's the point here? Tanning beds kill you? I'll never get in one of those things, as I'm pretty claustrophobic to begin with, and on top of that, I saw that scene from whatever that campy horror movie was where the girls get trapped inside one.

in German the term solarium not only is used for the tanning bed itself, but also for the store that offers people to use those and it might also be used for a room. Languages, always funny...

There might also be a language somewhere in which solarium is the name for a drug that counters the effects of valium...

Anyone have a translation for the text at the end? Has a certain surprise factor, but not sure I get the point. I spent the whole video waiting to see the point and I still don't see one (except that I need to switch to decaf after that ending).

Since all of you seem *so* concerned about this girl's welfare, I decided to check this out. It's a Danish ad campaign for skin cancer awareness. The last bit of text at the end is something like "tanning kills." Scared the crap out of my when I first saw it off-sift. I was surprised to see it here. Is that all people have to worry about a tanning bed? This is a waste of money. Not to mention the fact that to make their point they made a snuff film. You'd think they worry about something more worthwhile...

That looked terrible. No, no, no, not the model! Well, the tan is a little on the orange side but in no way would a shitty tan ruin the fantasies, running in the hundreds in the allotted time it took to watch this, going through my primitive monkey brain right now. The way they handled the whole 'tanning bed clap-trap of death' thing. In the words of the AVGN, "WHAT were they THINKING?!"

Apparently its a Danish campaign to get people to stop using artificial tanning with UV-rays, because it could lead to wrinkles and skin cancer.

In danish "solarium" is indeed be the same as in german, but the actual tanning bed AND a tanning salon.
