^ yep, welcome to the age of retardation. You may as well also charge an underage person with child pornography every time he/she gets in the shower.

There are numerous cases just like this one, although I recall there is something called a "Romeo and Juliet" law some states use to use that provided for couples who are underage not to be charged with child molestation, although that gets hairy once one partner turns 18. Sounds like Penn has no such provision.
