Sen Levin destroys Harold Ickes at RBC
tags:An exchange from the Democatic party's Rules and Bylaws Committee between Senator Levin of Michigan (an Obama supporter), and Harold Ickes who is both a member of the rules committee, as well as being a senior strategist for the Clinton campaign.
The topic being discussed is how to handle the delegates from the Michigan primary, where only Hillary Clinton was on the ballot. The final results were 55% Clinton, and 40% uncommitted.
The Michigan state Democratic party has proposed splitting the delegates 69 Clinton, 59 Obama, which Harold Ickes opposes, either because he is concerned that the rules committee doesn't have the power to do it, or because he's trying to help his candidate.
Levin, who is not a member of the committee, argues in favor of the compromise forcefully, due to the flawed nature of the contest.

Personally I think they were given way way more than they deserved, especially since Hillary supported the DNC's decision to punish Florida and Michigan, until it became apparent she might actually need those states. If she really gave a shit about Florida or Michigan she would be pushing for nothing less than a complete revote in both states.
I think a description would've really helped here. Just to give us some context. I'm not sure why you skipped filling it out - there really isn't much clear here from the title. Or your tags. Or the labels.
Just requestin', please don't skimp on the description.
