I had to sit back and wait on this one; sattelite imagery is edited by the U.S. Gov. before release to the general public. So certain things like loadouts on US Naval ships, or the locations of power lines and some military bases, are systematically erased from the archives before they're sent out.

But the discussion definitely piqued my interest in these coordinate sites. Upvote for the comments!

i fucking love this music, and i say the desert circle things, yea, their just aiming reticles for them aliens. so they can shoot us better
they have their eye watching the specific point when the sign faces them, and blam, massive ray beam unleashes their evil ways upon us.

Surprised there were no Area 51 shots or the shot of the random WW2 bomber somewhere in Britain. I just HAD to double-check out the naked lady sunbathing on her roof in The Hague, just to make sure it was what I thought it was, and it was! Much clearer on my resolution...:P
