This video is a rather sad but beautiful song that comes across as being about not-quite-forgotten dreams. The way I interpret it between the lyrics and video, it's about a man who wanted to be a dancer, but as you can see, just ended up another Salaryman with a boring and tiresome life. The chorus translates to "I just want to dream quietly, quietly, quietly..." One of my favorites, this song is quiet and beautiful, and the video just adds to its potency.
