Giuliani wasn't very presidential there, that's for sure.
I agree that swiftboating is not the appropriate term, as its not his foggy recollection that he's basing his anti-Guiliana opinions on. HOWEVER, the creators of this clip are using now-classic viral techniques that are indicative of swiftboating-style allegations.
Viral does not necessarily mean untruthful; "Swiftboating" does.
I don't see an attempt to make Giuliani look as if he hates people with disabilities;
I think it's supposed to make him look like the jackass he was being at that moment.
Clearly, Rudy didn't realize what was wrong with the guy, but like I said, it wasn't very presidential of him.
Of course, he also dressed in drag on SNL, so this may be the least of his worries.

I pray that Giuliani is the Republican nominee in 2008. The Democrats will win every state.
