McCain looks like a chipmunk reading talking points that he doesn't really believe in.

"I'm not an isolationism."

Well thank you, Mr. Paul, for clarifying that question for all of us.

Upvote for the abrasive and whiny tone that comes naturally to that little garden gnome.

Notice when Ron Paul gets booed at the end it's just one guy doing it? That one guy booed just about every time Ron Paul spoke in the debate. He was doing it to some of the other candidates too.

BTW...you know what question McCain is answering here?

"Do you support a 'Fair Tax'?"

He addressed that for about 30 seconds and then out of nowhere goes after Ron Paul comparing him to Hitler. Why is he attacking a candidate that supposedly has no chance of winning?

One again, Ron Paul proves he's the brightest in the crowd. Deceptive title; McCain got more boos.

Upvoted to counteract the jihad vote.

I think the title is deceptive. McCain got more boos. I liked the video, but the title makes me want to vote against.

I suggest: McCain faces off against Ron Paul: Boos ensue.

Godwin's Law anyone?
seriously, I was about to submit a video of this titled "McCain goes Godwin on Ron Paul. Big Time." then I saw this. I agree with oxdottir, new title... preferably with refrence to godwins law and ron paul's 'don't go there' face.

Ron Paul tends to make the most sense of any of these candidates. He's the only obvious choice for anyone that gives a crap about our Constitution, our national sovereignty, and anyone that would support our troops would bring them home from a war that has been proven to be illegitemate from the beginning. 9/11 was an excuse for the government to go in and remove a dictator that was installed by the CIA (just like Iran's). Osama Bin Laden - trained by the CIA. I could go on and on.. but the list is huge... Any of you Ron Paul haters see any red flags popping up? Hell-llo?!?!

That is... unless you're pro-destruction of the USA or you're completely brainwashed.

I love how in this war, the dialog has been spun so "we have to win." Win what? That then sets it up for eventual questions which prejudice the issue like "Don't you want us to win?"

Doesn't it kill you when you spend an hour typing out a response then accidentally hit a key-stroke that sends you back >_*. I'll give the short version, which most people would probably prefer anyways.

I think McCain's point is relevant because WW-II was the event that cause us to switch from foreign affairs (non-involvement) isolationists to a country that played an active role in it. I don't think the Iraq war was an extension of that policy. I think the Iraq war happened because people lost their freakin minds. They ignored all evidence contrary to what they wanted to believe and followed the 9/11 drum beat. I think rather than width drawing from the foreign affairs stage we need to be much smarter about our involvement in things, no more knee-jerk reactions.

Like most of Ron Paul's proposed policies I think width drawing our troops from everywhere will just replace one set of problems with another. We need to be selective about what we do, not just all in or all out.

I can't tell if Constitutional-Patriot is making a joke with his last sentence or not, but... I don't support Ron Paul because I think his overall economic policy will be disastrous. I think his goal of an almost confederate like government will only shift the problems we have in the federal government to the state level, as well as further the schism in our country. I think he makes some good points but overall I don't support his ideas.

Exactly...when we went over there we were told it was to get rid of the WMD's and get rid of Saddam. Well..."Mission Accomplished" as the President even agreed.

There is no way that we are going to "win" if that is defined by us staying and having a HUGE military presence in Iraq and no more insurgent attacks. The people in that region will just not allow it.

Hmm.. Suspiciously, the video cuts off just as Ron Paul was about to either be cheered completely or booed entirely...my money is that the video was cut off before the cheering drowned out the one guy booing.
