I love all the little language differences.
Americans don't say "Take the piss" or or "take the mickey" so it's a bit hard.
I think it would mean "pulling someone's leg".

Don't get me started on the differences in "pissed". (man, I'm so pissed right now)

Reminds me of when I heard someone say "that was sick" as in amazing or pathologically good. It was Federer himself when he was beating Roddick for the 100th time.

As a Brit I perfectly understand "taking the piss" or "taking the mickey" but "sick" was a new one on me. I guess we can work out who's American here and who isn't
