"Talking to Americans" was a segment on the satirical news show 'This Hour has 22 Minutes' by Canadian comedian Rick Mercer. It became very popular and in April 2001 CBC aired an hour-long special. This clip is the first 10 minutes of the special.

To be fair, some of the stuff he puts out there requires knowledge of Canada that I simply wouldn't expect of someone from another country. As well, you can be sure that there is some heavy editing done for these clips.

All the same, I found some of the bits (like the whole leaving senior citizens on ice flows thing) extremely funny.
