I've listened to the audio versions of the books he wrote including the lectures I found on bitspyder and other places. He was really awesome. Someone famous once described him as "half genius and half buffoon" but later that writer revised it to "All Genius and All buffoon." I forget who that was.

and this is in the Science channel because....... he's a scientist playing bongos?!?!?

Nothing against Feynman btw but the poster states he's the greatest human being to ever exist... Possibly one of the best.. but the best compared to whom? Certainly not the best bongo player... but his scientific approach to hitting the skins on the bongo is mind-boggling.

Submitted this a couple months ago, when I was going through my Feynman hero-worship phase, and it died an ingloriously quiet & undignified death. Strange how certain Sifts of the same can strike a chord with people at certain times and at other times come and go quietly without much of a fuss. This is fantastic though, regardless!
