If I was deeply religious, I probably would have had the same reaction as she did. I give her credit for having the courage and open-mindedness to listen to it at all.
It's unfortunate that Dawkins' words are found to be so hurtful by some folks, but it seems like religions have the opportunity here to make themselves more perfect by adapting to the modern era.
Now that we're in the information age, you can't stop people from knowing and pointing out that holy texts are imperfect books.
That doesn't mean that the world is any less good, and you're free to do with that information what you will.

Wow, the level of religious intolerance by, those, I would suspect, are in the 'atheist's camp', is pretty high. By the video itself, if I did not hear it aimed at Christians, I do believe, ANYONE, would become offended by hearing their religious/views not just insulted, but chopped up, grilled, and then buried alived!

i went camping with an atheist once, we crashed out near the state pen in huntsville, texas. we had to sleep naked cause it was so so hot in july, i woke up and he had pissed all over me in the night.. booze, dirt, bugs, sweat, and pee soaked in the morning....... ive tried to avoid all the atheist camp sites since then
